DYLAN MAGNUSEN
FOUNDER & COACH
-
Dylan is an ISSA Certified Trainer and Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserves who believes better movement is the foundation for a better life. His coaching focuses on helping people feel stronger, more capable, and more confident, knowing that physical progress often leads to positive change beyond the gym. While attending the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Dylan trained countless students to pass the Navy Physical Readiness Test and led the first-ever at-sea fitness protocol program, shaping his adaptable, results-driven approach. From shipboard gyms to professional powerlifting competitions, he has built a methodology centered on injury prevention, longevity, and sustainable progress—guiding clients of all backgrounds toward better movement and lasting strength.
MAX BURR
COACH
-
Max is an ACE certified trainer with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science. His education has given him the proper background to build effective workouts and explain the physiology behind them. Outside of fitness classes Max enjoys getting outside with friends to play racket sports like pickleball and volleyball. He can also be spotted running the trails and participating in local races. When it comes to fitness Max values balancing strength and aerobic training to maximize the health benefits from both training modalities.
NICOLE Adams
COACH
-
Born and raised in Bellingham, Washington, I work as a project engineer and prioritize an active, movement-focused lifestyle. I enjoy finding new ways to stay physically engaged whether that's through competitions or trying new things in training. What I value most about fitness is the sense of community it creates, the mental clarity it brings, and the ability to start each day feeling capable, energized, and ready to move.
