ISSA Certified Trainer | U.S. Navy Lieutenant
Dylan is an ISSA Certified Trainer and Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserves who believes that better movement is the foundation for a better life. His coaching is driven by a deep commitment to helping people feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies—knowing that physical progress often becomes the catalyst for positive change far beyond the gym.
While attending the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Dylan trained countless students to successfully pass the Navy Physical Readiness Test and spearheaded the first-ever at-sea fitness protocol program, proving that meaningful physical improvement is possible in any environment. These experiences shaped his belief that smart, adaptable training can remove barriers and empower people wherever they are starting.
From cramped ship gyms with minimal equipment to professional powerlifting competitions, Dylan has developed a resilient, results-driven approach focused on longevity, injury prevention, and sustainable progress. His ability to innovate under challenging conditions—paired with formal education and high-level competitive experience—allows him to guide clients of all backgrounds toward lasting strength, better movement, and improved quality of life.
